Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. With a small product range a business needs to meet these high standards and in my brief experience the white T-shirt company exceeds them.

I recently ordered 2 fitted long sleeved round neck t-shirts to join the ones I got last year! I am really pleased with the quality and fit of these and they do wash well. The fabric is good quality and I wear them with both casual and smarter outfits. I loved the packing so much, it’s really beautiful and made me feel like I was opening the world’s most luxurious shirts! The t-shirt itself is lovely; heavy cotton, double stitching, looks fabulous but also durible which was what I wanted. The quality really reflects the price, which I an relived about because I’m a student and I’ve never spent more than £10 on a t-shirt.
